Deposit// A deposit of one night or 50% of your stay (whichever is greater) is required in order to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept AMEX, Visa/MC and Discover, NFC (like Apple Pay), travelers check or cash. Please call us if you would like to pay by personal check

Cancellation// Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to arrival will ensure a prompt refund less a $50 processing fee. Within 21 days, we will refund your deposit (less the fee) if we can re-book the room. Those who cancel the day of a reservation (or ‘no-shows’) are responsible for the entire amount of their reservation. We are unable to refund for early departures. We apply our cancellation policy fairly to all guests regardless of personal situation, acts of nature or airline.

Rates// Posted rates are double occupancy, do not include 9% state lodging tax and are subject to change at any time. All rooms and suites are 2 person occupancy maximum.

Minimum Stay// We require a two night minimum stay throughout the season.

Check-In & Out// Check-in time is between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Late check-ins are never a problem. Please let us know if a later arrival works best for you. If you'll be in town early, please feel free to park in our car park. We are often away from the inn in the afternoon and are unable to guarantee that your room will be ready until 4:00. Please plan on checking-out by 11:00 in the morning.

Smoking// No smoking is allowed in the Inn or on the grounds. A room cleaning fee will be assessed if this policy is not adhered to. This applies to traditional and electronic devices.

Children// The Atlantean is a quiet, adult getaway spot. For the comfort of all of our guests, young children are not appropriate.

Groups// In order to maintain the level of service and personal attention we believe is integral to the B&B experience, we are unable to accommodate large groups and gatherings. Please, no more than three rooms to any one group

Other Items of Note
• We have off-street parking for our guests.
• Please feel free to use the guest phone in the butler's pantry. We also have a Wi-Fi network available for guest use.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. There are resident pets on the premises.
• Atlantean Inn is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.
